Exactly what I wanted.
These were delivered fast.The install was easy. Just carefully remove the old broken one, pull of the extra foam and then attach the new one. 5 minute job and no tools needed.

Adhesive Needed?
Good fit. The existing pads used adhesive, which should be removed. I tried a knife, but using your fingers to roll the adhesive off works best. The new ones don't have adhesive, but it doesn't seem necessary.

Jabra over-ear headset earpad replacement success!
The earpads had deterioted to be flaking off onto my ear on the Jabra headset. This 2 pair replacement was a good fit and easy to replace once I had peeled off the original pads.

Right fit. Even though I ordered with the sponge, the ear pads fitted well.

These work. Others I've tried don't.
If you use your Jabra headset as much as I do, you'll eventually need these ear pad replacements. I've tried another third-party solution, which was rubbish. This pair fit well and seem to be holding up. They kept me from feeling that I needed to replace my fairly high-end Jabra headset, even though battery life is starting to fla.
