I’m not one of those happy go lucky plucky instax users. My art is dark and brooding. Contemplative of the darker aspects of life. That’s why I always use black borders on my instax film.

Make a great, moody-feeling photo set! I was a little worried that they would be black and white, but they're full color and the black is a beautiful matte black.

Okay so this is my second time purchasing this film. The first I returned because all of the pictures were black! This time around I had the same issue, but I tested it on selfie mode and it actually worked! I'm not sure if it's just my camera but I think the shutter opens too slow for this film. So if you have issues with this film in the instax 40, then try taking all of your pictures in selfie mode.

I love these - for the price this is just a no brainer just buy it. I used them really quick (as usual) but having a bulk set was wonderful! They print well and are easy to use.

Bright colors, good quality. Expiration date is quite far so you can keep them for a while. The black frame looks so good for silver/gold markers if you want to draw/sign/write on them.

Would have given it 5 stars since its quality film and it works perfectly, but I had to put 4 stars instead since I ordered black frame but received mermaid tail frame instead.
