These are hands down the best tool for either (1) being safe and not decking off that stupid low move that is on practically every steep sandstone sport climb from Foster Falls to the NRG, or (2) starting flame wars on MP about bolts in NC with climbers from Alabama.

Connect To Hiking Pole
Connect to your hiking pole you've already brought on the approach. Much more practical than bringing a painter's pole. Result = Removable superclip + hiking polestep 1) go to a local hardware store and buy a few inches of the clear vinyl tubingstep 2) Jam on the superclip to one end of the tubing and duct tape itstep 3) screw the other end of the tubing onto the end of your hiking polestep 4) done

Best in the market
Ok...if you are looking for a stick clip this is it. Don’t buy the Squid which is way too engineered and does not work nearly as well as this. Plus due to lack of moving parts you can use it to retrieve your QuickDraw. The Squid can’t plus breaks very easy as it is make of cheap plastic and it cost so much more.

Best Clip tool
This is an awesome tool. I screwed it onto a stiff painting extension pole that I bought at home depot. The simple construction works great and is sturdy. I'm recommending this to all my friends. I laugh at others when I see the crappy plastic tools they have that don't work as reliably as this one does.

Useful and good quality
Bought this along with a 12' Mr. Long Arm (6612 Heavy Duty Alumiglass Extension Pole) for clipping that first or second bolt. Seems great- good quality and overall as expected. I first bought a Trango Beta Stick, but in the rare instance we needed to unclip a bolt we were out of luck so it's worth investing in the Superclip for doing both.

This is the one.
I've tried ad hoc methods for clipping, trying to avoid the relatively high cost of this item. I finally gave in and bought it. I should have bought it earlier. It works.

It's a stick clip. Kinda pricey but it works well
It's literally just a piece of bent wire, with a bit of plastic coating. But it gets the job done, and it gets it done right.I would definitely recommend picking one of these up to avoid ground falls.

Sturdy and practical
I've used it a few times outside and it works great. A bit pricey, but maybe it's reasonable for the sturdiness.
