This headset is well made and it has great sound quality, the mute button and volume control are easy to use and we'll placed. The slightly padded ear pieces swivel which makes it comfortable to wear all day.I am so glad I made the right choice about the headset that I will be wearing daily because it is very important for my work.I had questions about the headset and when I reached out to customer service department they were extremely helpful. Awesome product, terrific customer service. I would buy again!!🏆

I use this everyday for ten hours. It headband fits nice, the mic can rotate to switch sides. It does well not picking up the background noise. The cord has a clip on it to keep the volume control where you want it. The only disadvantage is the mic, if you move it away from your face/mouth it also moves the ear piece making it uncomfortable when using for long periods.

I have used Wantek headsets in the past on other phones and they are adequate for my needs and have always worked with my other phones. But, I recently changed phones in my office and needed headsets that were compatible. I found a Q and A on Amazon about this headset specifically stating that this Wantek headset works with the Grandstream GRP2602P phone.The headset was for a decent price and looked like the other Wanteks that I have used in the past. But, it did not work at all with my 2602P phone even though I tried all 3 of the included adapters that came with the headset.I suspect that this is a decent headset for other phones but it just did not work for me so it is going back to Amazon.UPDATE: After seeing my initial review, a representative from the seller contacted me and confirmed that the headset does work with the Grandstream 2602P phone. Since I had already returned the headset, the seller offered to send me a replacement at no charge. I was still skeptical that the headset would actually work with my phone but I agreed to accept the free replacement and to investigate further.The replacement arrived and I discovered that my "new" 2602P phone had old firmware installed. After working with my phone system provider I got the new firmware installed and adjusted a setting on the phone for headset type to "Normal". The headset then worked perfectly. So, I give this a revised 5-star rating and also left positive feedback for the seller. As I mentioned initially, I have had good luck with Wantek headsets and now I am convinced that they are a great value. The sound quality it good.Second Update: So I have used the headset on 2 phone (both Grandstream 2602P on Ooma Office) successfully for a year now. Both continue to funtion well. However, the ear pads are starting to deteriorate a great deal. One is so bad that the pad will not even stay attached to the phone. I will have to either find replacement earpads or buy a replacement headset. As a result of this unacceptable problem, I have removed a star event though the headsets work well, one is not really useable due to the ear pad problem.

This headset works great and the customer service from Wantek was amazing! We accidentally ordered the wrong connection type for our phone, but their customer service was amazing in helping us get it replaced with the correct one with absolutely no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend ordering from this company.

I bought these headphones on Jan 7, 2023, and in July 2023 I started having problems with people not being able to hear me. I thought it was on the phone lines. On July 19, 2023, they quit working altogether. Do not recommend buying these unless you do not need to use them that often. There is no customer support to contact them either.

I purchased this to use at work and plug into the phone jack of my office phone. My job requires me to be on the phone all day so a hands-free headset was a must. They cancel out most of the background office noise and that is crucial to my success when talking to potential clients. Good buy for the money.

While this headset did not work on my work phone, the seller did send me one that did work. It needed an adapter and they were kind enough to send it to me for free. Customer service was the best ever. They are serious about pleasing their customers.

This office headset is the best all around compared to all the other brands, great sound and great clarity on the microphone! At times, there is a bit of a slight buzzing noise, but that is normal for most headsets as on office phones it is not going to be exactly, crystal clear. Highly recommended!
