Grains are a little smaller than the other seller. But they are working as expected. Quick fermentation of water kefir.

Small size grains received. Grains are not growing at all even after trying organic jaggery and molasses for which i spent extra money. Grains getting smaller in size.Not value for money.

I made nearly 4-5 batches.. In my second batch I almost lost all of the grains, but then did not lose hope and continued and the grains are regrowing. I made kafir with jaggery water and 36 hrs of first ferment and 24 hours of second ferment and the out put was very fizzy it smelt a little like curd but tasted like beer, I am not sure if I did it right.. The product as such is worth buying and the instruction manual that came along really helped.. Will keep trying more with fruit juices and see how it goes
