I use this product after having fat removed from my abdomen I was given one similar but a lot thicker than these from the medical provider these were thin and did not do as well and I ended up having to do research and find some similar to what I was given they will prevent garments from putting marks on you but they don't do as intended because of them being so thin for me with a newly designed abdomen and needing these to help Contour that process they were too thin to do so
