I bought this as a gift years ago. All I can tell you is that it is about the size of a beanie baby

Are the legs fixed or do they actually flop? Are the ears stitched or free hanging?

The legs are definitely floppy and the "tips" of the ears are stitched to the side of head to keep them in a downward position. This is an adorable little stuffed animal!
