Makita XT505 18V LXT® Lithium-Ion Cordless 5-Pc. Combo Kit (3.0Ah)

Man, excellent products, I am really impressed with the newer Makita cordless products, even the charger has a built in fan, all batteries have level indicators, and drills have lights, and hammer, drill, or screw settings, really cool, not quite as powerful as my craftsman 19.2V but, just a fraction less so, the hammer function is not as strong as my dedicated Craftsmen hammer drills, but enough for smaller projects. Circular saw works like a champ, and everything is extremely light, my wife loves to use them, yet the quality is superb, I got it on a lightning deal and could not be happier, I have many corded and battery operated products, but this kit, mostly the drill is what I have been using for most of my home improvement projects. I bought the radio to go along with it, but was disappointed that it does not charge the batteries with DC cord plugged in,

To get all these tools, batteries, and charger in one package is very economical. And the tools are all excellent and exceeded my expectations. Truthfully I just needed more batteries and another charger, but knowing that combo kits are the better way vs. buying tools and batteries one at a time, I went for this kit. I am not sorry in the least. Never expected a cordless circular saw to be so useful. Never expected I'd like the cordless reciprocating saw nearly as much as my corded one. These tools have the power, and I am getting spoiled not pulling out my extension cords as often! The huge tool bag is nice too, durable and useful, but kind of a bottomless pit because it is not an organizer, just a big bag. But it can carry all these tools and a few more with no trouble.

This is the first set of cordless tools I've owned - I've been a hobbyist tethered to the wall for years. Battery life is great in the drill and impact, little short on the saws but if you are working on longer projects you can purchase the larger batteries as this kit comes with medium packs. Great quality.

My husband loved the kit and has transitioned to working cordless with no regrets.

Maita tools are good quality, comfortable to use, and very durable. Definitely worth my money. Definitely better than Dewalt.

Ive used these tools to do projects around the house.I find them to be very handy and of good quality with lots of Power.

Great kit. I would go brushless in the future. Batt life goes fast compared to the brushless model. Circular saw is very handy and lite, wish it had a hook. Drills are great but the impact driver is half what brushless batt life. Bag is great room for other tools. Saws all is handy lite in weight.

This makita package deal is a steal. The makita impact drill works spectacular very easy to switch out heads when working on a project. Battery life is excellent. Opening up the box was very simple and most of the tools were easy to put together. Having wireless battery powered hand tools definitely makes any project your working on easier around your home.
