FastCap 3-H Little XL SYS 975mm - 600 mm 3rd Hand Little Hand System with Bag

I bought this set of third hards mainly to install wall mounted range hoods. This was my first time using this type of product and I can't believe I didn't try them earlier.These stands make it so much easier to position the range hood so that you can take the appropriate measurements. These turn a 1.5-Man job into a 1-Man job. I no longer have to worry about bumping the range hood against the sides of the wall cabinets next to the range hood location.You have to make sure that you have the stand properly positioned before you start work. I used them to hold a stainless steel range hood. I got the best results by staggering them slightly when they were side by side.Another awesome feature of these stands is that they are almost flat when you take them apart and put them back in the carrying case.The carrying case that is included is also a plus and will definitely increase the overall lifespan of these tools.

A transmission jack for cabinets and rangehoods

These are on the smaller so best used for holding up a table, holding up wall cabinets on top of base cabinets.I’d also recommend these for putting up or deciding the height of a leg less table, buy and ikea countertop. Strap it to the wall with brackets. Use this to help gauge the height and marking of the wall and ensuring it is plumb

These worked great for installing new cabinets. Very easy to use and make adjustments.

Strong design and strong execution produce third and fourth hands, not for installing wall cabinets, but in my case replacing a failing range-hood. The supports are a bit short for that application, but the next size up is too long, so a combination of a 2x-supported bridge over the ceramic stovetop and scrap 3/4 ply glue-ups for padding provide ample height.My only quibble is that the supplied tote is adequate for the kit, but not for add-ons.

These things are incredibly useful, stable and easy to use. I've used them for installing cabinets and supporting longer pieces on the tablesaw. You'll get more use out of them than you expect.

I ordered these supports as I have started to remodel my kitchen and have wanted cabinet supports for a number of years. Due to complications I will not be installing the cabinets until next week...but at least have all the floor damage found and replaced. I love the FastCap supports and am excited to have them with the hydraulic assist to accurately position and brace my new cabinets while I secure them.
