I don't know what the hell this is, but it's NOT what's pictured on their page. It's about as thick as a t-shirt, so it's not padded what so ever. The center velcro isn't ANY where long enough, so it's stretched so taunt that my patient's back doesn't even touch the chair. They just kind of hover 5 inches from it. And I don't even know what the top half if supposed to do, or where it goes. It doesn't even have velcro to attach to anything if I wanted to.Definitely going back... *sigh*
