worthless for a workout
The instruction might have been written Chinese, even with my hearing aid I couldn't hear it hold it up to my ear. Not worth it. I am returning it, just found out non-return able, trash can it goes complete waste of money.

I can barely hear the alarm
For me the main 'thing' is getting notified when the time's up. Of course, I'm careful to make sure that the little 'ring' symbol is illuminated but when the time-up is done I barely hear the device. Besides that, the quality is good and the interface can even be LOCKED so that the timer isn't disrupted in your pocket. It's pretty easy to set and start. It oughtta be louder.

it took me 15 to 45 min to figure out ...
it took me 15 to 45 min to figure out how I could use this to my advantage.I bought this so that while I am brushing my teeth with the oral b electric tooth brush I wanted to know when I should change from brushing the top to the bottom or visa versa. I set the top number for 2 minutes then I set the bottom number to 4 minutes. I press the up arrow button first to start the 2 minute countdown then I press the down arrow to count down the 4 minutes. they both started counting down AT THE SAME TIME I get both alarms. I could not give this unit 5 stars because its learning curve is too confusing to understand ALL its additional functions.

This timer works perfectly for me when I am doing my stretching exercises. I can set it and listen to the music on the radio while doing my 30 second stretches.. If anything it might be a little more complex that what I need

Garbage
The one page of instructions are incomprehensible. The buttons in the instructions are not labeled as they are on the device. The instructions say which buttons will raise and lower the digits without indicating what the digits represent. The alarm is almost inaudible. Just junk!

Great device...ok instructions
The device is awedome! Lots of flexibility and choices for workout routines. Instructions are rough. They cram a lot of options on a few pages. Device has lots of options so worth reading instructions a few times. Definitely would recommend this device.
