No, there is 2 horns in the box. One horn is 400 Hz, and the other is a 500 Hz. Every car should have a set of horns like these! The horns will definitely wake up those people who think it's ok to text, shave, read the newspaper, and put on makeup while trying to drive down the road.

Q: Can I replace my alarm siren with this?

You might be able to. There may also be a way to add a relay of sorts to sound the car horn instead of the alarm horn. Many cars utilize the car horn for the alarm signal from factory.

Q: Will this fit my 2006 Harley wide glide ?

I installed this horn on my 2009 Ultra Classic. To much Vibration on the Harley. Horn worked great for a while. I replace with a Blazer Horn Low Tone from Auto Zone 125 decibles fit in place of stock horn under $20.

Q: What do I need if my 1978 jeep has NO previous horn or wiring/relay that isn't included in the package?

I'd say google/youtube how to install a car horn from scratch. You may have to weed through the ones that simply replace the old one.
