Q: Does it come with the talk box?

Accessaries includes: Tube, Power Supply. No patch cables. Purchased separate. Buy to patch cables one for the keyboard or guitar and one for the mixer or amplifier. Buy keyboard cables and if you're using a guitar buy a guitar cable.

Q: Does this talkbox come with the tube? What size is the tube?

Yes, it does come with the tube. It’s about 8 feet of tube. Works great

Q: Is this compatible with a lk 220 casino keyboard?

You mean casio keyboard! Not compatible with the casio keyboards, they don't have the input for it nor the sounds. Use the DX100 or Micro Korg, also the Moog analog Synthesizer.

Q: Can you use it with a Yamaha keyboard? I know that you can change the "voice" to different kinds of synth but is there the right plugin for it?

You can use it with the Yamaha dx100, Microkorg and Roland V synth series. Also the moog analog synth. Any analog Synthesizer with the right plugin can work too. The buzz saw sounds is what you want to utilize. The mrx m222 does not work on midi keyboard because a talkbox needs audio in for it to work.
