Post surgery
I bought this because I was having surgery on my Achilles and gastrocnemius (larger of your 2 cake muscles) and would need this for physical therapy. I'm 320# and this supports me with ease. The grips in the top prevent me from slipping and the ability to adjust the slant has helped me to quickly recover from the surgery (was supposed to be off work for 12-16 weeks, will be returning in 10). I use it every day to help increase the flexibility of those muscles while also preparing my other foot since I'll be having the same surgery on it in a year.

Great concept for calf stretching and achilles rehab. But like others have said, it’s a little slippery and I can use it while wearing socks.
