There are a few things that I would note about this product. Recommended dose is 6 pumps a day I put it directly under my tongue and let it sit there for about 30 seconds to let it absorb then i swallow and chase with something it does have a not so great aftertaste but it’s not that bad. I’m really sensitive to taste so if your not sensitive it might not bother you at all. You could try mixing it with juice maybe but I don’t want the sugar. But I will say for me it’s worth it because it hits super fast this is one of the most effective b supplement I have tried I actually feel an energy boost from it I take all my vitamins in the afternoon instead of having an afternoon coffee and for the most part it gets me through the day without an issue!!

I've been taking all kinds of supplements lately for various reasons and I did enjoy that this one was in liquid form. It was on less pill to swallow, thankfully. The taste - not enjoyable. Reminds me of liquid medicine I used to take when I was a child, but....we all got over that didn't we? I just wash it down with some water afterwards and all is well.I've had about 12 doses worth so far, I'll be curious to see how I feel after 30 days of usage.

I absolutely loved that it’s methylated! And it did make me feel more clear and alert. It was super easy to use. No pill to take. However the taste wasn’t the greatest. It’s really hard to describe almost tart like. It was tolerable and worth it for the results but just a warning.
