Back flow valve
I think its a good product but only gave it a four rating. The back flow valve fails which allows the tank to refill from the discharge pipe. It fails about 50 % of the time. I took extra care to ensure the discharge point was done on a long radius 90 degree angle. Because of this the flushing gets done at least twice which obviously is going to shorten its useful life. The waste of water is another issue that adds to the less than 5 star rating.

Good toilet
Good toilet just pricey and took forever for it to arrive. Easy to install and no problems with it so far

Simply the best
First off, it functions just as you would expect a normal toilet to operate. Second, it's very quiet. Third, just need to avoid non paper products. Lastly, if you disregard number three, getting to the macerator is a piece of cake. It takes standard utility knife blades.Installation is straight forward but very precise. It does require a vent as any plumbed unit would. If unsure about that part, you'd be prudent to hire a plumber...worth every penny.Requires a gfi outlet nearby. Can be set up to receive wast water from shower and utility sink.It really is that good. I installed one in a rental. If it can endure that kind of abuse, it can endure just about anything.I'm about to install another.
