I have used the unit for five days and my breathing and stuffiness has improved so far. I like that it is one unit with the purifier and humidifier - you can also remove the humidifier when not in use. The remote is a good feature too. Happy so far!

Stopped working with the timer after a month or two. Still works if I just put it on auto. There's no smell, relatively good value if it continues to work. No light emitted and does have noise but it's not loud or annoying just more like white noise. I tried to clean the filter myself once and it didn't really work.

If you have a problem the company will fix it how ever they can. The product is wonderful. We are so dry in my area we need extra humidity in our homes and cleaner air.

If I had written this review a few months ago, I would have given this product 5 stars. I loved that it combined the air purifier functionality with the optional humidifier add on. And when the product was working (within the first 6 months), both functions worked well and I was very happy. However, the product has stopped functioning completely, and I cannot understand why. The power will no longer turn on. I've tried replacing the air filter, unplugging and resetting the unit, using a different power outlet. Nothing that I have tried has resulted in this product working again. And I have tried to contact Afloia customer service via their email ([email protected]) twice with no response after several weeks. I also have not heard back from the seller for this order. At this point, I cannot recommend this product if the lifecycle is only 6 months. I have also not received any assistance from Amazon either on this matter.

This is the second air purifier I've bought, and the Honeywell is much better. More solid and made a clear difference in air quality. This one is quieter though. the main issue is that the humidifier stopped working after two days. I have a meter to detect changes in humidity, and the first two days it could change the levels by 5% within minutes, but after that no change. Soon after, the filter started to smell like a wet dog. I noticed a line of white (bacterial growth or lime? but we're using Brita filtered water) on the filter at the top of the fill line. I re-read the instructions and it says in fine print, let the filter dry. so I dried the filter. I haven't tried to use it again, because I thought the filter was going to make sure that the water did not result in bugs in my air, as I am allergic to lots of things... The remote also doesn't work well, and the humidifier covers the buttons (and the night light), so kind of a pain.
