This small bag is exactly what I was looking for in my training. It is very well made and durable, and excellent for training precision strikes--such as the fingertips jab. I do wish that it was made of leather, but I would definitely recommend this product.

Seems to be of good quality, easy to assemble, and at a good price.The only thing he changed is that pill bag it can’t be completely closed. There’s a flap that goes over the filling, which should have a zipper or some kind of a tie to keep the rice and whatever you choose to use as filling from coming out of the bag. Other than that, good product at a good price.

Bag is kinda small but I think that’s how it’s supposed to be. I put rice in mine

The media could not be loaded. It worked great for a while but it broke after 3 days good for conditioning hands
