I got this product to help with my father's incontinence issues however the description is for an adult male on receiving the product is very small and only looks to be what would fit for a child size not an adult size male my father is 6 ft tall and weighs 165 lb and it would not work I did not even take it out of the plastic as I saw that it was going to be extremely too small ao never unsealed package .went to The UPS Store to return it to ship back to Amazon and since the description says that it is a urine bag they will not ship it back because they are still following the procedures of the pandemic and are not allowed to ship anything that has to do with bodily fluids items even though it was completely seAled. So now becAuse it says urine bag which is what it is im out of the money i paid. Explained that i cant ship back the item due to ups standards and amazon rel said they can not do anything to help amd no refund.

Although it did work, it was annoying, always adjusting trying to keep it in the right place.

Pee catching cup is made of somewhat hard plastic so that it keeps its shape and the cloth is stitched to the pee catching cup, which is good. However, two loops on two opposite sides of the cloth for attaching two strings are too small so it is very difficult to attach two strings to two corresponding loops. If these two loops were larger, I would have given at least four stars for this item.
