I am satisfied with the warranty servicing of this product which was prompt and easy. I am sticking to 4 star review cause the product got damaged earlier than one would expect. However, it was compensated by good warranty servicing, which is a major part of why i would repurchase from AGARO.

This is a great product...actually a must in case you have a cavity.It ensures that all the food debris that escapes brushing will not get a chance to hide any longer.The water tank is of reasonable capacity - I would have prefered 50 or 100 ml additional capacity, but that may take away from the handiness of the product.I am quite satisfied with the purchase. Must also add that my irrigator stopped working after about 5-6 months - however, Agaro's CC executive Paromita connected with me over WhatsApp, identified the issue and sent me a replacement within a week. It is a good product and a trusted brand!

Good product for oral hygiene. My son has braces and so faced difficulties cleaning his teeth. This Water flosser helps him keep them clean. Just adjust the water flow as it is very strong. Very happy with the product.

The media could not be loaded. A defective and non rechargeable product send by Amazon. For like 2nd time. I BOUGHT Caresmith flosser 1st and then it turned out defective. Then bought this one and this one was purchased on Amazon on 7th May and stopped working right after 4 days. Had put it on charger and it's only charging since like past 8hours. Got shut down by itself. And not working at all. In my eyes, Amazon is giving me disappointments for past one year for all of its dental products.

Amazing product, very effective for Maintaining Dental hygiene. Value for money, negligible maintenance cost, very easy to use, potable, carry with ease.After sales service is excellent. All the staff involved are amazing. Helpful to the core. I wish all companies provide this unbelievable level of service. I am very happy.

Worked well but started malfunctioning within 5-6 months. The customer support was great and sent a replacement without any hassles. Good communication and supportive staff.

Stopped buying those intradental toothbrush to pick food from my mouth every since I got this AGARO flosser. No more poking my teeth, no more gum bleeds.... Flossing with water is so easy and painless... Not just that I never ever had to charge the appliance ever since I got it.... It's battery life is forever.
