Good value for money.
For the money it is good value. The quality is more than acceptable. The bands seem quite good, although you'll need to purchase additional and different lengths to achieve an all over body workout. The width of the bar is good. The triangle locks are functional not so convenient to change quickly so I'll probably replace them with quick release carabiner.

Works great!
I don't leave many reviews for items I've purchased, but I thought this item deserves one. I've been working out with this bar and bands for about two months now. I bought a plastic exercise step separately to use as a foot base. I was hoping to mimic the X3 Bar and I feel this set would be just as good and a lot cheaper. I bought the longest bar, it has three sections, but you can shorten it to just the two sections if you want a shorter bar. It's well made and seems solid. I lot of people complain about the carabiners that come with it, but I've found they are pretty quick after getting used to them. The bands seem well made as well and I've had no issues with them. I don't use the carring case, but it's well made. I don't use the handles either, but again, they appear well made. If you add a foot base to this purchase, I think you'll have one good setup to start performing the X3 workout. Good luck!

Workout From Anywhere!
This thing is like a gym that you can carry on your shoulder. It is super easy to pack and unpack. It’s an incredibly simple concept that is super effective. It can be used with one band at a time as shown in the pictures, or if you fear there won’t be enough resistance for your workouts simply purchase another set of bands and place one under each foot. The bar is heavy duty and the resistance bands seem to be high quality. The attachments that are included allow you to perform a bunch of exercises that you can’t with other similar products. The door anchor allows you to do flies and pull downs. You can get a serious full body workout with this one piece of equipment that is compact, portable, and simple to use. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a portable gym option or to just keep as a home gym.

Overall I'm happy, but there are some caveats.
Didn't really feel like spending $549 for the name-brand version of basically the same thing, so I searched for a more budget-friendly alternative. This one by Dasking looked pretty good for $129, and had options on the bar length, as well as some additional goodies like the door attachment and a pair of exercise handles. I opted for the 35" bar, and it's perfect for me.(Since this package does not include a footplate, I made one out of a large 1" thick plastic cutting board and some hockey pucks for feet. Total cost about $30. Search YouTube for videos on DIY footplates.)I've been using it every day for the past two weeks, and I can honestly say I have been getting some darn good workouts in. The bar is surprisingly solid, and the bands seem to be holding up well. Eventually I may upgrade the carabiners to a quick-release version, but the ones supplied work fine, even though it takes more time to change bands. There are many exercises which feel excellent with this apparatus, some that are just okay, but there are a couple that I haven't been able to find the sweet spot, resistance-wise. Either too little resistance at the beginning of the movement, or too much at the end, depending on which band I choose, and if I use it single looped or doubled up. Still a work in progress on my end, as I continue to experiment with different set-ups. (That's not a knock on the product, just pointing out the nature of this type of resistance.)Overall I'm quite pleased with this, and will continue to use it along with my other strength training equipment. It is fantastic for a quick workout, or needing a portable gym-in-a-bag for travel. It works well enough for the majority of exercises, but as mentioned above, there are few exercises where it doesn't quite shine. Good but not perfect. But for overall satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend this item.

Loving these bands
This is my first time using bands. It is so easy to get a good workout quickly. I can tell the difference already in my strength. This really is heavy duty and can take you up to the highest weight that you think you might ever be able to lift. Definite five stars.
