Good starter knife
Really nice sounding knife and easy to handle, although the latch kept getting stuck on the handle so I had to remove it with tools 4/5

Great weight and works well to learn and practise with.
I’ve wanted to learn how to use a balisong for years so was excited to try this training knife. The knife itself is really pretty and moves smoothly and quickly. It’s completely blunt and thick so isn’t going to be able to be sharpened making it very safe.It didn’t come with any guides though which was a bit of a shame, but YouTube is full of videos to follow so I’ve been watching them and getting on better than I expected. It is heavy and I do have very red and sore fingers from all the times it smacks in to me when I go wrong, but that’s to be expected!Overall I’m really happy with this and would definitely recommend it to any beginner wanting to learn.

Good but it comes in a bit stiff and has to be loosened a bit
It's pretty good and I would recommend to get it as a trainer knife but the tool to loosen it didn't come in and one of my friends said their should've been a tool along side it to loosen the knife and have it move better

The best "fidget spinner"
I'm a martial artist, weapons included, but I've never given the balisong a look. The weapon isn't part of the styles I do. However, when Vine offered up some training sets I, of course, nabbed them. Now, Sukevitor sell two different Balisongs, at slightly different prices, I have them both, and as far as I can tell, they are exactly the same! Same dimensions, same weight, same everything, so I'm not sure why the two different listings. That said, one is a little rougher on the blunt blade...Anyway, they arrived in a nondescript box that looked akin to a pack of Rizzlers, and inside was the training knife. It is fairly weighty, heftier than I anticipated, but it is also a solid bit of kit. The knife unfolds smoothly without hindrance, and the blade is, as you might expect, dull, very. very dull. Basically a spoon its so dull. However, on trying a few "tricks" it quickly became clear why training sets exist, on a live blade, I reckon I'd have no fingers left, and a bleach and mop job ahead of me. In moments where I have been able to do techniques okayish, the blade does swing out nicely, and back in again, and after maybe hundreds upon hundreds of swings/flips, this is still as solid as it was when I first opened the box - i.e., nothing is coming loose. This is a great training aid, and the ultimate in "fidget spinners" - just maybe don't fidget in public.
