This guage set is correctly graduated with respect to the different refrigerant references on the dials...which is a bad shortcoming with most inexpensive guage sets. These work well, good sealing valves & hose fittings...i experienced no leaks during use. The case is a nice touch, but not much use if you leave the hoses attached to the manifold...as most do after assembly. Overall good purchase.

I used this manifold gauge set when I installed my mini split, they worked great and were very accurate when I compared them to a digital vacuum gauge I have, I also like that you can use them with multiple types of refrigerants as I plan to use these for automotive projects as well, they come with many different fittings and adapters which came in very handy on the mini split install, I am very please with these gauges

the hose seals are a hard plastic and leak unless extremely tightened, ie more than hand tight. I had some nice rubber seals on hand and replaced them making it a decent set.

so my main complaints gripe is that when assembled, the plastic case is worthless because the gauges and hoses wont fit back in it, even the cheap harbor freight set provides mounting points to attach the quick disconnect fittings to when not in use so it can be hung up on a wall.on the plus side, its made well, and has metal knobs vs the cheap plastic, so bonus there. also having separate ports for vacuum/refrigerant is "something" i guess, ive no idea why its necessary vs just having a single port to either draw a vacuum, or fill with refrigerant. seems like the answer to a question nobody asked, and EVERYONE would rather have ports to attach the quick disconnect fittings on the manifold instead.cant complaint that much i suppose, this was advertised as a "2nd chance" offer from amazon for about half price, so it was worth the money. however for the same price id just pick up the set from harbor freight if i had to do it again.

Well built. Has plenty of options for fittings that come with it. Hasn’t given any issues at this point.Will update if there are changes.

Accurate gauges (for pressure and vacuum*), clear sight glass to ensure refrigerant is flowing as expected. Hoses and connectors are of sufficient quality as well. Worked well on 3 different vehicles (Honda Accord, BMW X3, Acura TL)Note: The depressor on the can tap was too far off center and could not plunge accurately (attempted 3 different cans) into the self sealing r134a can. I still give the gauge set as a whole 5 stars since I use a threaded can tap...so the can tap that came with this gauge set wasn't of use in my case.*for initial vacuum after which I rely on my digital micron gauge for deep vacuum.
