I rarely if ever write a review. The GE (you get what you pay for) Outdoor Smart Plug delivered. The Cync app was easy to install and customize and linking it to our Alexa device was fast and easy. Bought this so I could turn on and off our Traeger and Outdoor Fountain. Works like a charm

We bought three plugs, plugged and p,aged them and they worked day one. I had to contact their tech service dept. to which was the best experience and result for getting the correct answer without being transferred to other agents. Oh, and might I add, this agent spoke clear English and was peasant without hesitation?I'm glad that GE is back in the business of making quality consumer products. Great decision for a SMART PLUG.

Opened the box only to find a dirty water damaged box with sand all over the product. Obviously someone else returned it and Amazon passed it off to me as if, it was new. Bad boys Amazon. Anyway, I had it up, running, programmed and linked to google home in about 3 minutes. Both left and right sockets are programmed individually, on their own time programs and work perfectly. I have a ton of G.E. Cync products so I had zero learning curve. I just love this cync stuff. Anyway, if you don’t get the results you’re after, it’s probably not the product’s fault. Be patient, set it up in the cync app first, then link it to google home.

I've had this for a few months now. Works perfect!

Purchased this smart plug to have the ability to control landscape lights from my smartphone when out of town, etc. The timer built into the transformer was unreliable and does not have a battery backup incase of power outages while I am away. Setup was easy once I figured out my Cync app needed updating. Once I did that it was up and going in just a few minutes. I've had my issues with other Cync products in the past, but this one hit the mark.

I love being able to easily turn the lights on or off in our gazebo. Of course I go in and the realize dang it.. forgot to turn off the lights again. This one is easy to setup and stays connected to my phone app really well.
