I add a small teaspoon of product to coffee. So now my coffee has even more of an earthy taste…. Been taking 4 days. Hopefully soon I’ll feel results of less aches and pains in joints. I’m also doing Pilates and it’s helping. If pain won’t go away, I’ll just fast and drink sea salt in water

Honestly, I wish I had found this stuff sooner. I blend some of the powder in water first and then grab my blender to make an easy smoothie (a few strawberries, a few chunks of pineapple, and 1 mini cucumber). I use lots of water so I am getting extra fluids - it has a light overall taste to the smoothie and I don't notice the rather earthy moringa. It levels me out from my normal "under bubble" and gives me a sense of control over my fight or flight. I LOVE IT!

TASTES LIKE GREEN TEA
After reading some of the reviews, I must say that for me, I put a teaspoon into an bottle of water, shake it vigorously until all the mixture is dissolved into a liquid texture....and it tastes just like "green tea". Mixability takes a bit of shaking but my energy level is improving and it's great value for the money for me.
