The machine is great and easy to use. The company provided for a home demo so that we could get a better understanding of the machines working. The speed is fine and not noisy while working. Extensions for some sewing are to be bought separately. It's compact and accurate as well.

It's a good machine.Easy to use and handle ..light weight too. multiple integrated functions adds value...Since this is electric machine, an excellent customer service support becomes critical . Hoping Akira has planned their service support accordingly;but it's too early to comment on service support as we have bought just couple of weeks before.

Sewing kit is excellent with all the necessary sewing accessories like button,needle ,thread and pins.Very useful product

Product is good for this price.But not receiving warranty confirmation mail after 24hrs of acknowledgement receivedThey must improve this to increase trust from the customer.

I have received the product in well packed and in good condition, it looks sturdy and nice, very comfortable to carry and the company will send a technician home to provide home demo for using the machine.

Very beginner friendly and super efficient. Might have a bit of a learning curve but operation is straightforward and can create 12 stitch patterns. Faced some difficulty while stitching with thicker cotton fabric and I am not sure whether it is the machine or technique that is at fault. Please try to improve the instruction manual and make it a bit more helpful for beginners.
