Perfect head unit for our motorhome
I had purchased a different brand but similarly-priced Android head unit for our motorhome, and was less than impressed with it's features. After using it for a few weeks, it was returned and this unit purchased. I got the wireless remote, the HDMI output (to send to the overhead television) and the 720p backup camera with it, and it has worked great so far. Do note, the HDMI output adaptor will output a downscaled 480P signal from this unit.I use Google Maps and Hammer for nav apps, and Amazon streaming music, FM radio, and a thumb drive with a 90-some gig music library and PowerAMP. I also use bluetooth to connect to my phone's phone, as well as streaming audio. There's no need for Android Auto when your head unit *IS* and android device already, but apparently that's supported as well. This guy has taken everything I've thrown at it. The only thing that hasn't been tested is the built-in 4G radio. I may add a data-only line to my plan just to see how that works, but that's rather moot since I typically use the hotspot function of my phone and connect this head unit to it's data via WiFi. Nevertheless, the antenna is there and ready to go if I ever decide to do that. The DSP functions work fine, and I found the built-in amp to be more than powerful enough to use while driving. That being said, the older I get, the less "thump, thump, thump" I seem to need. Even in the motorhome which is a bit louder than a standard car or truck, this can push four mediocre 4-ohm 6.5" 3-way speakers to make it enjoyable. The backup feature works well, and I like being able to run the "RCam" app to watch the toad while driving. The wacky stitched view while backing up is not quite my cup 'o tea, but some might like it. At least it shows the full fisheye view to the side of the backup stitched view.As time wears on, I'll update this review in case it is needed.

Mediocre at best
Despite the feature set, this radio falls short of having value. The selling point is Android, which it's best and worst feature. The problem with this radio is all the little things do add up making it a mediocre product.- Google Assistant works but Voice calls don't. This appears to be a common point among Android Radios, in that there is no good way to handle having two mics. The result is unintelligible call quality but the assistant usually scraps by.- The assistant volume is uncontrollable and is significantly lower than the media volume. The radio needs to be painfully loud to the hear the assistant respond.- The screen does not dim enough. It is too bright at night. Forcing the unit to be turned off.- There is no screen blanking mode. Turning it off at night, means turning off the radio.- Conversely, screen glare makes the unit hard to read during midday even at the brightest setting.- Android Auto is inconsistent. It takes 2-3 times to connect wirelessly, although lately wireless mode fails completely and instead it takes 2-3 times to connect over a cable.- Touchscreen issues. The bottom of the screen, has tactile and visual feedback, but doesn't register in apps consistently. Almost like a calibration issue but without a calibration option.- System updates are a hassle. It has no OTA update, requires registration and leaking private information. At the list price and even at half off I would not buy this again. There are a few nice things but they are completely overshadowed by the bad and price.- Installation was simple enough.- The backup camera, is good quality and seamlessly integrates.- It's Google branded, which means Play Store and Google Apps.- Google Maps, or any other for GPS navigation. Never tested Offline mode.- Youtube Music, However, download (Offline) option doesn't work, it fails to download anything.- LTE support (untested)Compared to a cheaper unit, with Android Auto and good Voice Quality(apparently the Atoto Linux devices have this). It just isn't worth the purchase price.

Overall satisfied, very fast but sometimes flaky
Overall, I'm pretty happy with the unit. Installation does take a little time and patience, but it's totally manageable by someone without experience like myself. YouTube is your friend. There are times when Pandora, or the radio just drop out for no apparent reason, but in general I'm pretty happy with the unit.

Fits and works great in RV
Installed in 2019 Thor RV as upgrade to axxerra factory unit. Took some work, removing dash panel, running new power wire & fuse, with new power button (in pic) to bypass the main Storage switch, luckily the old plastic axxerra mount (four screws behind dash panel) and wire harness worked, the new metal dual pin insert I ordered had nothing to mount to so it went unused. All the apps work similar to an android phone, add/remove/login very simple really. Added their engine OBD2 monitor and the Torque Pro app from play store.Paired right away on BT2, make sure the engine is running or you can't set up the torque app and it will display nothing! Also, have Wi-Fi or a Hotspot available for setup and programming. The screen protector is impossible to get straight or bubble free, they should really put this on at factory, if it's required...I left it off.FYI, This unit does not adjust side to side or tilt toward driver/passenger, only has vertical tilt about 15 deg up or down and entire screen height about 1.5" up or down. Stock it will sit @ 1-1.5" out from the dash.

Works good
This does most things really good, not a lot of bad I can say. I did need to buy something for the subwoofers because the rca outs are very weak. Also I noticed that playing songs through Bluetooth vs using WiFi or Internet was dramatically quieter. With some quick googling you can find a code to access a secret menu so you can adjust the value better. Other than that it's a very nice unit
