Picked these up after reading up on the benefits of beetroot juice for blood circulation and fitness benefits, and can say that I wasn't disappointed, as I felt the benefits in the gym, and in my day to day life- More energy and not getting as fatigued as quickly, beetroot extract has earned it's place as a staple in my daily supplementation. Glad I found these, as it's cheaper than endless amounts of beetroot juice.Nice small pills, that are easy to swallow, But aren't the best in terms of reaction to/results- happy enough with them, but I don't feel like they are the best that I've had, unfortunately

started to take these supplements to reduce my blood pressure and it worked .good value and quality , will be buying these on a regular basis

There is very little information on advertising or packaging that 1 "serving" of this supplement is actually 3 tablets... A little bit underhand, otherwise they seem ok..

Easy to swallow

Well I didn’t think these would do much but my BP did come down a bit when taking them, however my BP is quite high & I’m on medication now so have not continued to use them.
