Good for aquarium plants
It does what I need to hold the aquarium plants. No complains.

True to size
True to size. 2" hole and it fits right in. seems a bit flimsy but a good deal for the price/quantity. doubt they last more than a season or so but we will see.

Multiple uses
My friend suggested these for students. Used them as drink holders. My students and their parents appreciate that I help them take care of themselves. I bought cable ties to attach them. I saved the plant tags for my garden project.

Good product
I ordered those plastic cups for orchids several months ago, replanted several of my orchids on them. So far, plants are doing good, so I think it was a good purchase and worth the money.

Not for orchids
All my orchids are dying that I put in these because there's too many slots the orchids dry out too quickly the bark medium cannot soak up water because there's too many slots these are not for orchids I didn't realize that since I'm new to orchids.Plus even though I have Amazon prime they want to charge me to return these. So I guess I'm just going to give them away. I'm rethinking Amazon prime.Revision: apparently I don't know what the heck I'm talking about LOL. These are fine for orchids you have to soak the bark before you replant. Three stars because the measurements aren't correct. These are too big for what I wanted but I'm keeping them.

FITS MY 1 GALLON JARS
Now I can put my 1 gallon jars back in use. Previously they were fermenting jars. I bought them on Amazon and they served me well. 1 year later, different project. Different obsession. 1 quart mason jars don't allow for a lot of root growth. I'm experimenting with Early Girl tomato plant clones. I started them in a small hydroponic countertop unit. Once they all sprouted roots I knew it was time to move themm to a larger container. 1 is in a 5 gal. bucket with an airstone and water pump to spray the roots. The other 4 are in the jars with these net cups. There is no growing medium at all. I watched a video on aeroponics and modified with what I could afford. It's kind of a Frankinstein set up using hydroponics, aeroponics and Kratky.Life is just one big experiment.
