Really good blend in this Zaatar!
Really happy with this brand and their spice blend, we've bought it over and over, and even given as a gifts to friends that cook at home on a top level.I use a small amounts on most red meats, and sometimes on pork and fish. Really the only mistake you can make is using to much.Enjoy

Delicious flavor blend. .
Got for a hummus recipe. Earthy & tangy flavor. So versatile -mix with EVOO and add to eggs, cooked veggies, salads, bagels. Love it!

Wet Hay
Za'atar is a regular spice in my pantry and I've been using it for years. I thought I would try this label, but I regret it. For a little under $15 I was hoping for quality, but what I have is a bottle of things that smell like old wet hay. Disappointed as I used it for the first time in a home made beet dip for a gathering of 12 people and the wet hay taste came through and I had to toss the entire bowl because of it. Sad.

Nice Spice, Nice Product
The product is terrific. And I have no complaints about its quality. I would've given it a 5 out of 5 stars but the bottle was open slightly when I opened up the package. Not a lot spilled out but securing a bottle is fundamental. The packaging was good inside it so I don't think that caused it. The lid was simply not put on tightly.
