It works!!
After buying numerous programing cables and nothing worked, it's nice to droo the software in, plug in the cable and just like it's supposed to, the radio will download. Also easy to use, make changes and upload to the radio. Software and cable worked right out of the box. As good or better than Motorola software and a factory cable.

This is more than just a simple way to program your radio. It is also a great way to back up your data. If you need to return your radio to factory defaults for some reason, you now have a great backup that will allow you to restore your memories and other radio settings. This also allows you to set memories, offsets, power levels, station names, and much more. You can also create a nice printout of your station memories, etc. and edit the list very easily.It is specific to the actual radio model number, so most or all radio settings can be configured in the software.For the record: I DO know how to program my radio. This just makes it a LOT faster! A great time-saver, a great radio back-up solution, and more! I bought one for my FTM-400DR as well.

Easy to use
This is the third RT Systems software package I've purchased, so familiar with how it works. Install on your computer, connect the cable and let your system recognize it, connect your radio, download data from your radio, edit/update/save your data, then upload to your radio and you are ready to go.
