This is an excellent product I would definitlly recommend. And first when I read the product I was extremely doubtful. But I gave it a chance as I was requested to purchase a bottle for a loved one to try. However, now I continually purchase a bottle every month for my father. I I was wrong, and I have time to realize, see, and believe undoubtedly that my father has much more difficulty breathing and tends to wheeze as well asget arpkk (slower when he does not take dr. Sinatra Omega Q Plus Reserveatol at all and tumeric daily . After several months he is now much more active.

disappointed with the condition of the product, I have ordered from Dr. Sintra website and was happy with the quality of the product and was able to take them. I would like a refund. This time I went with Amazon Prime and did not get what I paid for, a damaged bottle of stuck together supplement I will not take!!

I'm hoping to see better numbers with my cholesterol and blood pressure. I would also love to see the turmeric help with a little joint stiffness. As far as size goes, it's kinda big but because it's capsule, it goes down really easy. Just make sure you drink something before, during and after swallowing it because things get a little difficult if it hits any dry patches. I've been taking it for a few days, they don't have a smell, taste or after taste and they haven't made me burp and taste them again like fish oil does. I have only taken them with a meal and lots of water so I have not experienced any nausea or stomach aches. I eat semi-healthy and exercise between 3 and 5 days a week. I don't think I have been taking them long enough to feel any different just yet but I will stay vigilant and update if I need to. Not a bad price, especially if it does what it says it will do. I haven't been to the doctor to know how well they help with my numbers but I'll continue to take them daily and write a new review after I go to the doctor in a few months with any updates. Fingers crossed.........

this product is one that addresses perceived low levels of omega 3 fatty acids . if one believes that this is important then the product is a good one . I would prefer a more cost effective product .

I am a female almost 68 - I am raising 2 great granddaughters (8 & 10). My husband passed away after a lengthy illness 11 months ago. I have been exhausted for over 2 years (about the time the girls came to live with us) I have 50 Pecan trees and 3 acres to care for as well as a 2600 sq ft home. I am healthy, eat healthy, do not take prescription medications. I fully rely on God for all guidance so, my faith is very intact and I believe He guided me to this product. I took the plain Omegas from this company a year or so ago and never had time to reorder and I happened to see it on Amazon and realized I could easily order this product again. All this to say that this product has basically saved my life. I do not write reviews as a rule but, I was suffering from depression, exhaustion and being overwhelmed and when I started taking this a month ago, my life changed for the better - I am back to conquering the world as I know it - thank you.
