Great value for money nice and soft plus shape retained after use, good quality

Had my previous pillow since 2018 after having surgery but I find them so comfy I haven’t been able to go without it however it’s starting to get very old. Ordered this one because in the previous reviews that mentioned being quite thin and I didn’t want one that would impact on my neck. Cover is a lovely colour grey and washes well and the pillow is perfect and I sleep very well, even from night one.

Not quite a big as I expected but perfectly ok for purpose. Very comfortable.

When I recieved this I wasn't happy as it was too soft and thin, I expected it to be awful and left a mid negative review BUT... now I've had to edit the review with an apology. I tried this and for all the bad i thought it was actually the best night's sleep I've had in weeks. It literally hugs your head and shoulders and I barely moved and slept right through!

I removed this and placed it on my bed. It was only when I went to put it's case on I noticed the pillow was damp and it smelled horrible. I spotted mould on it even. Now I'm having to re-wash my bed sheets as the smell has got onto them.

Great product value for money and would recommend purchase

The product itself seems fine, but it arrived damp and had a bit of a musty smell straight out of what looked like the original packaging. Not exactly what you'd expect when opening a brand-new pillow.
