Like that a glass darkened bottle is used to preserve the quality of this oil,The oil itself is very pleasant to the taste and I am assured that it is very pure,.this will be a staple in my supplement regime.

This is the best cold liver oil I can find. The lemon flavor is remarkable as it totally masks the flavor of the original fish oil. I take this everyday and I highly recommend it, I feel great and I used to suffer from very dry and cracked hands however a month after taking this oil, they were back to normal.

Best flavoured, quality Norwegian cod liver oil. Seven Seas is owned by Proctor and Gamble, avoid.

I’ve been taking the mega three for years now and I can honestly say definitely works. I’m not here to review a mega free supplement but more this brand this brand is among the top three of the ones that I’ve used and the smell taste and freshness are all very good Particularly the freshness it last for a long time as long as you keep it in the fridge which I highly recommend you can even freeze it. The reason I give this four stars is more due to the flavour compared to the lemon, the apple flavour personally for me does not taste nice at all and you would be better off getting the lemon flavour or unflavoured. It is a little bit on the expensive side but still quite good value for money. There are no funny ingredients in it and it is very easy to use. I take about 7 mL on a big tablespoon so I don’t spill any trying to put it in my mouth.

Is nice, still taste fishy but un a nice lemony way. Even my kids likes it what is a great thing.

It’s good fish oil and my daughter need it . We can have it together.
