First time trying this company, very good quality vanilla paste

Love this vanilla bean paste! I use it in all of my cookies that I bake and I bake often and many different kinds of cookies.

Its more of a liquid vanilla (slightly thicker than normal vanilla) with ‘vanilla seeds’ - and while it DOES lend a REAL vanilla aroma/taste to your baked goods - calling it a VANILLA BEAN PASTE is a bit of a stretch - and that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 star review. To me the ‘paste’ label is deceptive and I almost wanted to give it a 3 star rating for that reason. Nevertheless it IS a good vanilla. It’s just not a PASTE.

There are four ingredients in this jar, which are also listed in the points near the top of the page. They are upfront about the ingredients. Unless you don't look to see what you are getting by reviewing the entire page - especially the points, you will miss a lot of information. I am pleased with my vanilla paste because I prefer vanilla over chocolate.

I love this vanilla. It tastes so much better than regular vanilla extract IMO. But I was sent a jar with a best buy date that is this month (it’s the last week of the month). For reference, the same product I bought locally is good for almost 2 years. I’m sure it’s fine to use for holiday baking but still really annoying.
