I have no idea why this pillow works. My neck had begun to hurt every time I lay down, and turning in bed was such an effort that I avoided it. I didn’t understand what was causing the pain. Then a friend told me his wife had suffered from neck pain and this pillow had made such a difference that she now travels with it. So I ordered it. When I put my head on the pillow for the first time, my pain began to dissolve. I lay there trying to figure out the magic. As far as I can tell, the pillow supports the neck, and not just the head, and it creates a place for the shoulders in relation to the neck. My best guess is that the pillow aligns the head, neck, and shoulders properly and the proper alignment gives the neck relief. All I know is that I fell asleep and woke hours later with a smile on my face. I am most grateful. I’ll be traveling with this, too.

This is a great pillow! It's so incredibly soft and comfortable. It has a perfect support to help you get a great and restful night's sleep. As someone who suffers from head/neck pain. I bought this pillow to help with my cervical spine while sleeping. Since using this pillow, I don't wake up with neck pain. I also don't snore as much if at all, according to my husband that is. I absolutely feel more rested upon waking in the mornings. This pillow adapts to you whether you sleep on your back, side or tummy to help you get a better quality night of sleep. I highly recommend this pillow!

I absolutely love this pillow definitely great quality, great neck support, & the shape is perfect! It’s firm enough for support but soft enough to be comfortable. As a side sleeper it gives me relief if I choose to sleep on my side. It does help me to sleep on my back as well. Well worth the price, 10/10! Hands down.

Not sure if the pillow just quit being comfortable or if my condition got worse. I have a herniated disc in my C5/6 & when I first got these pillows they were great, after a few months I started waking up again through the night with a stiff neck & headaches again.I did love how the case unzipped for easy cleaning & putting it back on was easy as well.

Dealing with neck pain, this pillow is a must! I love the added arm supports on the side too. It is also a bit thicker than my past pillow which was needed for me. The thickness can be adjusted too with a layer simply removed. The cooling pillow case cover is also great! I get too hot at night so any extra cooling helps.
