Little to zero impact on sleep temp - buy thermals instead
A disappointing product.I bought this liner ahead of trekking in Nepal in December as I was concerned my bag may be a bit cold. I found it was warmer without this liner and keeping thermal underwear and a hat on in bed made a much bigger impact. I also felt tacky and damp when in the bag as my sweat collected.Little to zero impact on sleep temp - buy thermals instead
