Worth every penny!! Best pillow I have ever bought!! Firm, but soft top.......perfect combination! Highly recommend!

Got 2 of these when we bought our bed and they were so good we had to get another.

I ordered this product and never received it. I don't blame the seller for this issue, and Amazon support was able to help me resolve the issue. I will say my parents ordered some of these pillows, and they are the most comfortable pillows EVER. they're so soft and fluffy, but firm enough to wear you don't sink at all. They provide enough height for a side sleeper, and when the insert is removed it's so comfortable to lay on my stomach. The cooling side is COLD! It never gets warm!!! My son got sick and used this pillow, he said it felt so good on his feverish head. 5/5 I'd recommend for comfort/quality! 4/5 for loss of package, and cost.

It doesn’t lie when it says it keeps you cool. One side is a softer pillow and the other side is a little bit more firm but that’s where the cooling pad is. My daughter bought this pillow and I borrowed it one night. I immediately had to have it because of the coolness factor. I get very Hot at night and can flip it over and immediately cool my neck down. Totally worth the money and I don’t say that lightly. Especially nowadays!

I really have mixed feelings on this pillow. In my view, it is stupid expensive and with the insert in, it is too high for me using a tempur-pedic mattress and was giving me a ton of neck problems. With the insert out, it is just right but about the equivelent of a Serta memory foam pillow that is half the price. My wife uses the cool side of the pillow so between the insert and the different sides, you can mess with it to suit just about everyone but for me, I am not using the insert or the cool side and would have preferred to just sleep with a cool $75 savings under each of my pillows instead.

This is my second Sub 0 pillow like this. I got my first in 12/19 from Cardis furniture. It's held up well, in and out of washer and dryer without problem. I decided to get a second one to match for my queen bed.The price is exorbitant, but matched everyone else I looked at. I will say that they have gone up in price over 40 percent since I bought my first one.

This pillow is not for me. I found it to be very hard, like sleeping on a cement block. I woke up with a stiff neck and my head is still throbbing, all day so far. Tylenol was needed. It looks soft, similar to memory foam, in the picture, but I did not find it soft or fluffy. I does feel like memory foam, but is also still quite hard. I did like the king size length and the cooling portion of the pillow does stay cool as advertised. However, after one use of this pillow, I am going to look for another pillow, because I do not even want to try to use this one another time and go through this pain again. This was just my personal experience.

It’s an amazing pillow and well worth the money. Came just in time for the heat wave that the Northeast is having. Excellent quality and extremely comfortable!
