recouped the expense with grocery savings
I am notorious for having great intentions when I shop, and buy plenty of fruits and vegetables and end up either eating something else or having to buy more than I want because of the package size or a sale. Usually, I end up composting or throwing out quite a bit of produce weekly because it wilted/slimed or turned brown. My daughter recommended these years ago, and I just never thought I'd need them. Oh my goodness, what a difference! Containers of salad greens (at least 2) will fit in the large green bin. Add a sheet of paper towel on the top and bottom and the greens stay fresh for up to 2 weeks! Cucumber, carrots, radishes all stay crisp (slightly dry but perfectly crunchy) for the same period (bell peppers slightly less after cutting). Cherries for weeks! They don't work for every type of produce (raspberries are just too wet to begin with, but blueberries are fine), but well worth the expenditure. The only drawback is the amount of space they take in the refrigerator. They can fit into crisper drawers (or in place of crisper drawers) so that helps.

Great product, great quality!
This product does a wonderful job of maintaining fruits and vegetables fresh. The vent in the lid is adjustable with picture coding to know where to set it for what produce. My better half swears by this produce and we have given these sets as wedding gifts many times. They are Tupperware quality and highly recommended.

Worth every penny!
I love this set! You save some money buying them all together, and all these sizes are useful. The smallest size (lime color lid) holds about 2 dry pints of food - think two small cases of strawberries, or a bag of sugar snap peas. The short/long one with a dark green lid is good for holding 3 cucumbers, maybe 4 if they were small. I can usually only fit 3. Or I fill that one up with two types of berries. The largest one fits perfectly a large container of organic lettuce (they come in a clear hard rectangle container from the store). Or I also use it with one bag of grapes and 2-3 zucchini. If you have never tried fridgesmart Tupperware, you must! The cost it takes to buy these I have made up for in spades with how much I've saved in not chucking produce. It's not perfect, but everything has a longer shelf-life. Berries you might have a day or 2 more. Broccoli lasts about a week and a half. Bell peppers I use after 2 weeks! It's incredible! Something else that I found surprising is that produce actually IMPROVES once you put them in here. Seriously! I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it. Sugar snap peas are more crispy and firm - same with grapes, bell peppers, cucumbers. My husband calls these Tupperware "magic" which says a lot being a scientifically-minded person! LOL!If you decide to go all in with these containers, realize you should take out one of your produce drawers. They are amazing!!!!

Pricey so I hope they work
These were a gift. I could not believe this price for Tupperware but the idea is that they will save money in the long run by keeping food fresh. I sure hope so...

These things actually work!!!!!!
I don't fully understand how these things work, but they do. I bought a bag of carrots a month ago and stuck them in the long box. I put them in the fridge and forgot about them. I found them today while I was cleaning out the fridge and cringed at the thought of opening the box because I thought the carrots would be all gross. To my surprise, they looked FINE! They weren't shriveled or spongy either. I use the large box to store fresh spinach in and it works great. I typically buy a bag of spinach for an ocassional spinach salad. Prior to purchasing this product, I would only use up a small portion of the spinach before it would get gross and if have to throw it out. With these things, I can throw the whole bunch of spinach in there and it will stay good for at least 2 weeks, if not longer. If you are on a budget like me, like to use fresh veggies but find yourself throwing out of them before you have the chance to use them, you should totally invest in a set of these because they will pay for themselves over time when you waste less food.

They really work
Tried these at a friend’s house and decided I needed them because produce actually lasts longer! Expensive though.
