Good heavy grill holds and distributes the well. Very sturdy so easy to clean. You can feel the quality compared to other grills.

Fantastic
Use on my ancient gas barbecue where there are hot and cold spots.! Lay this on and I now have constant heat on total surface of my barbecue. Also have used in on my convection stove. Brilliant.

Revitalised my barby
Did not realise you could get these as my ouback barby had only grills. Prefect fit and now happily frying up all sorts of things on it. Retains heat really well too. Imagine I will need to keep it oiled over winter to avoid any rusting but thats pretty normal I think.

It’s cast iron, so ver brittle and unless you keep it coated in oil it’s going to rust. Quite difficult to clean after use but that’s to be expected. Too expensive for a bit of cast iron.
