I read the reviews, and they are correct, you have to install it 180 degrees from the original booster position. Then make sure you have like 2 ft of 5/16 vacuum hose to extend to the booster from the engine. It was installed a few days ago and is still working. Check valve in the wrong spot
Check valve is on completely on the other side of brake booster and sits down low,it’s a one way fitment so it has to go like that.

Booster is upside down
Installed one of these on a 2003 IS300 today, and noticed the booster wouldn't fit the correct way (with the booster nipple on the top left corner) but fit like a glove with it turned 180 degrees, which required a the use of a new, longer vacuum hose. Doesn't come with gaskets for the master cylinder or firewall side, but for an inexpensive unit I can't knock it too much.
