Would be better I'd they were one a day due to large size of tablet, if you struggle with large tablets they will be hard to swallow. No issue with taste or smell. They stick together in container so need a good shake regularly. No issues with service or delivery.

Sometimes it's hard to detect whether a specific suppliment is doing it's job or not as the weather can affect the joints etc, but they do seem to be doing a good job. Knees aren't aching as much & mobility seems better.
