It seems like I give a ot of 5 stars but when a product works for me I'll give it to them. This has worked great for our Standard Poodle. They have hair not fur. It is curly and can be hard to get through. She loves getting brushed and combed so I don't want to pull and make her not like it. This detangler has really helped.

We just got this today and I immediately tried it! Our Border Collie's pants and tail and wiry, crinkly hairs that are prone to matting and hard to get a slicker brush through to prevent the matting. I sprayed this through his pants and tail and was able to brush easily for the first time! It also made his hair softer - less dry and tangley. This detangler is going to save a lot of ouchie, time, and effort. Burt's Bees is one of my favorite companies for my beauty products and now it is for my dog, too!

I have three rough collies and it works great on all of their very long and fluffy fur. Bottle and spray aren’t the most ergonomic. Would like it to come in a larger size.

Smells so good and works so well. Made my dogs hair smell so good and very soft. It’s bigger than I expected so definitely worth the money. It made brushing my dogs hair so much easier.

I’ve used this on my dog’s tail hair mainly, but also sometimes other places.It does help combing through the hair while the hair is still wet from applying it. But it so lightweight that once it dries it doesn’t even seem like I put anything on my dog’s hair.I guess it’s good that it doesn’t leave a sticky residue, but it’s not so good that the hair is still fly-away and susceptible to matting and tangling.The first ingredient is water. The amounts are not given, but I have to wonder if that means it is something like 99% water with barely any glycerin, oil, or beeswax (some of the other ingredients listed), because I really can’t tell it’s there after it dries. I’ll be trying something else this time.

Brought this Spray for my Shih tzu and it work wonders got the mats out of my puppy hair without me having to cut it off 10/10 I would recommend

Works and smells great!

My little Shih Tzu had mange on her ear, cause she’s a forced to be reckoned with outside. She is not an inside sit down dog until later at night. Doing all this she gets her little ears all mangled up thank goodness for Bert’s bees detangler. This stuff works and smells good as well easy glide through her ears. Thank you so much for making my job easier and of course easier for her to handle no pain detangling.
