Is perfect best one i have ever buy, , "arigatou gozaimasu" i love japan just i little drink of miso in morning give me energy taste is great 2 lb for the price is a win to me i can't recommend enough.

The only thing I don't like about this is the packaging. It would be great if it came in a resealable bag. I bought this one because of the value and size. I will probably store it in a jar. I'm not sure if it needs to be refrigerated after opening yet. It is a fairly large quantity.

I love the flavor of this brand miso. I’ve purchased twice now. Great with thin rice noodles/glass noodles/ramen. I’ve also used to make Chinese eggplant with sesame oil, little soy sauce, ginger, garlic, vinegar and a little of other stuff and it enhances the miso flavor. My only problem is it’s a bit chunky compared to other brands I’ve had and I strain it sometimes so I don’t have a ton of chunks at the bottom of my bowl. But it’s worth it for the flavor and quality.

Came perfectly sealed and is quite tasty ! For the money i think you get a fair amount ! I prefer red miso over white miso because it is saltier and stronger so a little goes much further !

This miso is as close to the miso I loved when I lived in Japan! I might have to make my own and age it longer and chunkier, if possible!
