Surgical sharp, great edge retention, fantastic bang for your buck. I was hesitant getting something wustof that was at this price point but they absolutely did not disappoint.

Do you want three sharp, amazing knives consider this set. I was amazed the first time I used one at my sisters house. She told me what the brand was and the price, I almost called her a lier. They couldn’t be that good and a set of three for that cost.I ordered them from her home to be shipped to my home and use them every chance I can. They are not large knives they are more of a paring knife size, but are so amazing.This will be my go to for gifts.I don’t put them in the dishwasher, hand washing them, but so simple to use and clean.Don’t hesitate, this set is well worth the cost.

We buy this kit of 3 knives just for the serrated knife. It is our favorite steak knife even tho not technically a steak knife. The other two knives included are great as well (sturdy, sharp) but we mainly keep buying this kit for the one serrated one that I cannot figure out how to buy on its own. Great buy, priced well, will buy again.

Even though these are a less expensive model they have a fantastic blade just like all my other ones from this company. I just needed to have a few more around the house. Love them.
