This samsung washing machine 10.5kg is like no other. We love it.

Bad Product Keep Troubling
After one year of purchase, it started giving 404 errors which is related to the drain. Since I got an extended warranty, I got it repaired two times despite the delay. The third time Amazon didn't respond for 4 days upon my complaint, again I had to call them since I was told that someone would contact me within 48 hrs. It is not easy to get it repaired.

It is very nice product, but the only issue was with packaging, which was not satisfying.Samsung applied the appropriate recipe to the success of this product.Washing machine was fine so I didn't return it.

SC error.
I purchase these washing machine and sent to my home country, through a sturdy cargo box. Unfortunately, when we first used it there. It is getting a noise during draining.. Like a clucking sound. And water is not going out of the drain and eventually giving an SC error - a draining error. I look into YouTube possible solution. But to no avail. Warranty also was not. Given as I purchase it from another country.. I end up paying a hepty amount just to repair it..

Rinsing not as expected
Auto select for normal wash picks everything perfect but RINSE TIMER is at 1 irrespective of the quantity of clothes. This is quite illogical. I have contacted both AMAZON AND SAMSUNG last year. Let's see, when it would be resolved.
