EEZ RV Products Starlink and Flagpole RV Ladder Mount Aluminum Holdup to 2.5″ O.D. Poles - fits 1.0 inch Ladder Rails

I haven't installed yet, but from what I received it looks like the design has changed and some of the reviews reflect problems with the old design. The photos current show two different base types. One has a cup that is a hair over 2.5 inches inner diameter. This is what I received, and it can take poles up to 2.5 inches OD. However, note there are plastic caps that are intended to prevent the screws from gouging your pole. If you use both of these, max pole size is about 1.75 inches. If you use one (as shown in the current listing photo) it will take about 2-1/16 pole. Not a big deal, the caps come off easily and I'm not even sure you'd need to use the thumbscrews.The other base style had the very long screw. From the pictures it looks like it would take a much larger pole. Although most of the listing photos currently show this older style, the cup design is what I received and it seems great. I could find none of the machining or assembly problems that others described. The only screws which are threaded into the aluminum are the two thumb screws on the cup and three screws holding the "floor" to the bottom of the cup. The cup has thicker ribs at those locations so less prone to stripping. The rest are through holes with nuts so no other threads in the softer aluminum.I look forward to using this and don't anticipate any issues. I wanted a durable metal product, and it looks like this was the perfect choice.

Using it to hold the Starlink ground pole with Gen 2 Dishy. The SL pole is stout and heavy but has the Dishy adapter built in. Those plastic flag ploe holders require you to purchase a SL adapter - IMHO, both are overpriced and the plastic could fail.This was easy to install, adjust, and is holding up to the elements well. Hasn’t moved or slipped. It is stout too. Maybe not as elegant looking as the plastic holders but does the same job and I actually like the rugged, technical look.It will work with a regular flag pole, EMT, or a pole of your choice as long as you are aware of the min/max limitations.

I installed this on the ladder of my 2023 Reflection 311BHS and fly an extendable 25ft flagpole with 2 flags and a solar light on top. It holds the flag nicely and is easy to insert and remove the flagpole every time I use it.The product is made of very good quality. The metal used is thick and not made of cheap metals. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a flagpole holder for their RV. It is a bit on the expensive side, but it was worth the money.

Fairly simple except that the self-locking screws were very small when considering that this was being installed while standing on a ladder! Once put together it works very well and is very well made!

It cost a bit more then I would have liked to pay, but I guess you get what you pay for. Everything about this mount is as good as it can get. Fits 20' harbor freight flag pole perfectly with all the sections intact (unlike others). It is nice to work with a professional quality product.

Super easy to install and easy set up at site. Better than the ones on the bumpers. This is out of the way on the outside of the ladder. Perfect for my flag.

Great for mounting EEZ RV's extendable mast. Product ad shows a single tensioning wing-screw at bottom, comes with two (one on each side). Bottom screws also have rubber caps inside to tension against mast, however it is too thick for the mast with both caps installed. You can either tension with a single screw (as the product photo), or I chose to trim down the caps to about 1/2 length and they fit fine. You can also tension without the caps for metal on metal and no problem.Mount is made of machined aluminum, and fit my ladder perfectly snug. Mast is held secretly with bottom holder and stabilizing mount placed at top of bottom mast section, toward the upper half of my ladder.I chose to mount on the inside and turned slightly inward for a close mount which is close behind my camper for travel when the mast is fully retracted.The price seems a bit high for the mount, it actually is more expensive than the 10' mast. However the pair is a very nice solution for rear ladder, mast mounted antennas, especially StarLink.Highly recommended!

This product did not disappoint. Worked great for my flag pole purchased from Harbor Freight. I use it to hold my Starlink and mounted it to the ladder on my RV. No complaints, easy to install.
