Honestly- first I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished laptop. But man! Looks like a brand new one. I’m very happy with my purchase

Good however be aware.
It took a little while for it to arrive but nothing beyond what I was expecting and nothing beyond what was described on Amazon. My concern is that on these older laptops windows will stop supporting Windows 10 next year 2025 it will force most laptops to run Windows 11. This particular laptop which I purchased early summer 2024 will not run Windows 11 and if I let it automatically upgrade to Windows 11 I will lose key functionality. If you are aware of this and are careful to utilize a workaround you should be fine if you do purchase one of these within the near future I would highly recommend making sure that your laptop does not automatically attempt to update to win 11. I'm not saying win 11 is not a good operating system what I am saying is that an older laptop will you lose functionality mostly relating to the inability to utilize updated drivers. In my particular case I lost my touch mouse pad functionality and my sound was acting up for external sound devices. MarkMannM2

Do Not Buy Any Dell Product - Scam
I had a Dell Inspirion. I bought it in November. In July, it crashed. It was under warranty. Dell went through all the software issues it could be (not), then had me send it to the factory. They replaced the daughterboard. Then they sent a tech out to replace the motherboard. Then they sent a tech out to replace that motherboard. The computer is a brick. It took four months, and they finally sent me a replacement that is cheaper (doesn't have facial recognition when my original computer did whereas the one they sent me didn't). They tried to say that I agreed to that. Understand, the whole time I am communicating with them, they said they were referring the matter to their "internal team." They dragged this whole thing out four months, and I plan to contact my state's attorney general's office, because this seems to be their MO. Update: they say they're really sorry. Period.
