Good product. Not for daily consumption, consume it on 4 days gap Or it can harm kidneys

I take copper because of tinnitus
I take zinc everyday because of tinnitus. But taking zinc for long periods can deplete copper. Hence i take copper to balance out. Healthy hey vitamins etc are good but I wish they give a simple packaging and lower the vitamins /herbs etc prices.

It works better when you take zinc seperately
It's a good supplement many people don't understand that You need good zinc to copper ratio to be Healthy and this supplement helps a lot since it's hard to find food sources which are rich in copper if you are vegan or vegetarian. The quality is good and it's chelated so it's better absorbed
