Flavor is Very Very Strong and Tasty, but we need to mix it in the bottle before using it.
The entire flavor resides at the bottom, which needs to be shuffled properly to get the exact flavor. For first few days it felt dull and only oily, because it wasn't mixed properlyFor Schezwan Sauce Lovers, Its not at all spicy, but it is very very tasty. More like a mix of Ghati Masala, roasted smoked chillies and soupie flavor.

Commendable Product
chilli crisp by lao gan ma is NOT SPICY. But it is indeed very tasty and flavourful. Use it on any bland food and it turns wonderful. It can get slightly boring if you have it too often so choose your foods carefully. goes very well with dal-chawal, pasta, eggs, fried snacks etc. Not so well with properly seasoned stuff like biryani or vegetable curries. Not Spicy, but still good.

Suprised how well it pairs with indian and western dishes.
This magic concoction I had first tasted when in Hong Kong. Don't go by how it looks. It has a pleasant umami taste and isn't very spicy. It can be added to mundane and even exciting dishes to change the flavour and taste profile. Why you can use this to spice up that daal or if you are feeling extra adventurous put a healthy dollop on your Egg Benedict and be ready to be transported to flavor town. Adding this to Maggi or home made noodles is a no brainer. It makes surprisingly good chokha with hot oil to pour over Indian dishes. Last but not the least. Mix your fav honey and this beauty. Give it a nice stir and voila...you won't find better hot honey even if you paid for it. Buy this old granny chilly and enjoy the comfort of the smoky flavor on a rainy day or a cold one, and if adventurous during the sweltering summers. The smell is divine, that light earthy smell of something which has been delicately fermented.
